Job Summary

You will interface with different personnel of large multi-finance corporation on daily basis, understand their requirements and translate it product specifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Key Accountabilities
    • Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice and maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets
    • Gain a good understanding of internal department roles, project stages and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final build, delivery and project reporting
    • Respond to client requirements as specified in the contract or SLA
    • Assist the Project Delivery Manager and Executive to act as a primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations with regards to assigned project.

    Key Roles

    • Assist the Project Delivery Manager and Executive to act as a primary contact for the assigned project on service delivery and support the Project Delivery Manager in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability
    • Assist in supporting end-to-end planning, building and delivering of assigned project
    • Assist with managing the delivery output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and assist in managing delivery of key stages of work
    • Assist in addressing performance in troubled units/departments to achieve productivity objectives
    • Assist in providing input of key documents into project/account repositories
    • Assist in managing all involved internal delivery parties, subcontractors and third party service providers when necessary.

    • Attend and contribute to team meetings in a positive manner
    • Share information with team members
    • Be comfortable in working with all stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other team members to apply new ideas, practices and tools to improve the team’s effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Commerce / Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Project Management related to IT.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details and correctness and deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills supporting a required ability to articulate clear ideas and strategies.
  • Comfortable with public presentation.
  • Excellent & consistent follow-through skills.
  • Computer literacy to include advanced capabilities in tools such as Visio, Excel, pivot tables, and other web-based applications.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
